Technical Service Support Feeding & ManureFull-timeA sustainable,profitableand pleasant future for a dairy farmer by combining robotization, engineering and farmer knowledge.We believe in that.That started 75 years ago with a dream of two brothers inMaassluis.Since then, we have been an innovative leader in automated systems for dairy farmers around the world.With ***** specialized professionals, we are constantly working on new agricultural revolutions.We do thisfromour Campus inMaassluis, but alsofromother international offices.Together we have the goal: to make dairy farming interesting for the next generation.About our Cluster:Our cluster is inColturano(MI)and it supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South-East Europe andTurkey.We are a young and enthusiastic team, consisting of 40 people distributed betweenColturanooffice andIstanbulbranch office.As a Technical Service Support in our Cluster, you are at the crossroad between the technicians of our Lely Centers and your peersinthe headquarters (Lely International) inMaassluis.You will be part of the Technical Service Support for Feeding & Manure portfolio, pursuing the goal of providinga uniquecustomer experience.Your call will be to build knowledge through the network of trained technicians and to guarantee that Lely robots are installed,maintainedand updated according to the highest standardsWhatwillyoudo?You will review andvalidateLely solutions in the field, sharing critical information for product improvement and developmentYou ensure that field technicians are well-trained and capable to install and tomaintainLely products effectivelyYou will visit farms together with the field technicians for supporting during installation and start-up, for training on the field or for the execution of auditsYou steer best use of Lely Tools & Apps for trouble shooting and data analysisYou monthlyparticipatein the hotline (24/7), providing technical support to the field techniciansYou will travel occasionally to attend meeting/events at Lely Campus in The Netherlands or in other Clusters (mainly Europe)You are a technical expert who can enthusiastically impart your technical knowledge to technicians while also extracting information from them to make our products even better.You can ask probing questions toeliminatecertain issues and arrive at a solution.We would like you to apply if you:Speak and write fluently in EnglishGained experience in a service-oriented technical roleAre familiar with modernTools&Appsfor troubleshooting and reporting on ServiceHave knowledge in the agricultural sector (this is a plus)Furthermore,youare:A positive and proactive team worker, willing to work with a common purposeAn assertive communicator, who dares to speak and write clearly to any audienceAn organized person who works with structure, capable of zooming in for details and of zooming out formaintainingan overview on complex projectsObsessedbyefficiency.You makegood useof time and resourcesData driven in any aspect of the business.YoutakedecisionsanalyticallyCompetitiveemploymentconditions.An open work environment with flexible working hoursFreedom to organize your own workA conducive environment for personal development and growthOur Lely Academy with a variety of training programsA Cross functional team with plenty of learning opportunities and interactionsA dynamic role with ample room for initiative and creativity#J-*****-Ljbffr
