OverviewJoining TNP's Financial Services team, you will collaborate with the Top Management and/or the operational departments (Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, Commercial Department, Investments, etc.) of main Insurance market players in their strategic and business transformation projects.Who we areBased in Milan, TNP Italia is a consulting company specialized in managing transformation and performance optimization programs.TNP Italia is part of TNP Group, created in ****, that is a hybrid, and independent consulting firm, specialized in operational and digital transformation of companies in the sectors of industry & services, banking, insurance and public sector.We are present in more than 10 countries such as France, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, India, Morocco and US.TNP Italia, born in ****, is currently supporting key players in automotive, retail, fashion & luxury and transport sectors, while developing its banking and insurance presence within the Italian market.Driven by strong growth, we are constantly looking for new talents to support our development and deliver value and quality to our customers.What you will contributeAnalyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and levers to improve operational performance (collecting data and meaningful elements during on-site analysis and dedicated workshops).Identify and propose improvement solutions to the client, jointly validating the roadmap to achieve the objectives.Managing, collaborating, and motivating their team to maximize results.Coaching client teams to achieve results beyond expectations.Achieve top management satisfaction by bringing required solutions and meeting defined milestones.Developing own know-how and knowledge network in the areas of operational excellence.Who you areMaster's degree in Management Engineering or EconomicsStrong experience (6 to 10 years) in Risk & Regulation projects within the leading consulting firms or the main Insurance market playersKnowledge of the main insurance business, control and supporting processesDeep knowledge of the Solvency II, IDD and main IVASS's regulations, ESG and sustainability impacts on Insurance industryExperience in the implementation of the Risk Governance framework for insurance companiesEstimation process of Technical Provisions, local and international accounting principles (IFRS17, IFRS9) will be considered as a plusExperience in managing complex regulatory transforming projects with one or more teams under his own responsibilityCapability to establish direct relationships with CxOs of the insurance companies (CRO, CFO, Compliance officer, Internal Audit Officer, Actuarial function, Chief of investments, etc.)Advanced knowledge of MS Office suiteKnowledge of analytics tools such as Python and data visualization tools (Power BI) is also highly appreciatedProactive with excellent initiative, autonomous and results orientedRigorous and pragmatic with good analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in managing extended / international teams and running projects in autonomyKeen on coaching and training younger resourcesExcellent level of Italian and English.Knowledge of a third language (French / Spanish...) will be considered as a plus.Why to join TNP ItaliaStart-up environment supported by a structured international groupEach opinion counts: here at TNP Italia, your voice will be heardDynamic team in which innovation is the main driver in all of our activities.Location: Rome, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
