Continuous Improvement Specialist Settore: Automazione Industriale Contratto: Tempo Indeterminato RAL indicativa: €****** + benefit CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST Hai passione per il miglioramento continuo, il change management e la cultura Lean?Ti entusiasma l'idea di guidare la trasformazione operativa in un gruppo internazionale in crescita?Allora questa potrebbe essere la tua prossima sfidaLa tua missione Diffondere la cultura e costruire eccellenza all'interno dell'organizzazione.Guidare il miglioramento continuo, competenze consulenziali e processi di change management.Supportare il leadership team nella definizione ed esecuzione della roadmap aziendale.Erogare formazione e coaching, formale e informale.Facilitare problem solving strutturato ed eventi Kaizen.Identificare inefficienze e sprechi nei flussi di lavoro e proporre gli strumenti più efficaci per eliminarli.Promuovere la crescita delle persone nelle metodologie Lean e nella guida di iniziative Kaizen.Analizzare, integrare e diffondere best practice interne ed esterne.Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi strategici.Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria o esperienza equivalente; specializzazione in Lean production preferita.Competenze tecniche Capacità di valutare metriche e situazioni aziendali da un punto di vista manageriale.Conoscenza degli strumenti Lean.Ottime capacità di scrittura, gestione documentale e uso dei principali strumenti informatici (testi, grafica, fogli di calcolo).Competenze relazionali Comunicazione efficace a tutti i livelli dell'organizzazione.Capacità di formazione e facilitazione.Attitudine consulenziale e capacità di influenzare positivamente.Forte orientamento ai risultati.Leadership naturale e capacità di gestire progetti e tempistiche.Esperienza in contesti formativi diversificati.Lingue Italiano e Inglese fluente.Esperienza richiesta Almeno 3 anni in ruoli Operations, Engineering, Supervisory e/o Management, in ambienti produttivi Lean-driven.
