Created in ****, Wiz-Team delivers cutting-edge technology and support services to the world's greatest events across sport, institutions, hospitality, and entertainment.With events in our DNA, we are a growing and thriving international and privately-owned company staffed by experienced event professionals who share a collective passion for transforming how the event industry uses technology to deliver complex events.We benefit from a global network of developers, strategic partners, and Wiz-Team ambassadors.To support our growth, we are looking for a passionate, solution-oriented teammate who will help us become the top solution provides for world-class event management.Our ideal candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, driven, energetic, and creative as well as highly analytical, obsessed with customer experience and love fast-paced working environments.TECHNICAL PROGRAMME LEADReporting directly to the CTO, your primary responsibility will be to drive the delivery of Wiz-Team's applications across all programme phases, working closely with the Programme Manager.You will as the primary liaison between Wiz-Team, clients and all stakholders, and lead system integration efforts with the client's architecture, security, identity, monitoring, and analytics platforms.ResponsibilitiesStakeholder LeadershipRepresent Wiz-Team, supported by additional Team members in all technical and product discussions with the client and the stakeholdersAct as a trusted advisor, balancing Wiz-Team's product roadmap with the client's technology standards and requirements.Serve as the collection and escalation point for technical and architectural challenges, risks and issues concerning the application delivery and integration.Liaise with the Product Owners to lead technical delivery of Wiz-Team's applications in the Programme, ensuring scalability, performance, and security at global-event scale.Oversee and drive system integration with third-party applications, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.Oversee technical architecture reviews, Cyber Security reviews, code quality standards, and DevOps practices.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, technical and performance audits, and innovation adoption.Product OversightCollaborate with Wiz-Team Product Owners and the Programme Manager to align product development with event delivery milestones.Provide technical guidance on product evolution, ensuring feature development supports long-term maintainability and integrationsIntegration & Ecosystem ManagementLead integration planning with the client's platforms and ecosystem.Ensure interoperability across a multi-vendor, global technology environment.Address data security, compliance, and performance concerns proactively.Partner with client and Wiz-Team architecture teams to implement long-term technology roadmap for the event program.Anticipate scaling requirements and lead efforts to future-proof Wiz-Team solutions.Requirements10+ years in senior technology leadership or large programme delivery roles.Proven success in complex enterprise integrations and multi-stakeholder environments.Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud-native platforms, and DevOps.Experience leading international project teams and delivering mission-critical applications at scale.Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, identity management, and monitoring solutions.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels; able to translate complex technical concepts to senior business stakeholders.Experience in sports event technology or large-scale global projects is a strong plus.Flexibility to travel ******%) as part of collaboration with global teamsExceptional command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive audiences.Additional languages are an asset.What we offer:A multi-cultural, solid company with high growth potentialA small, creative Engineering/Tech team who love to collaborate and teamworkOpportunities for skills development alongside company growthCasual dress code, flexible hours and hybrid working policy#J-*****-Ljbffr
