This role is key to ensuring premium quality in tire production and leading the implementation of new technologies and digital methodologies.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate industrialization activities and continuous process improvement- Supervise Technical Service operations- Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Plant Staff to ensure quality and compliance- Implement digital tools and data-driven methodologies- Support certifications and periodic auditsRequirements- Master's Degree in Engineering- 5+ years of experience in tire manufacturing- In-depth knowledge of PSR processes and design techniques- Expertise in Project Management, ISO/TS *****, problem solving, and stakeholder management- Fluent in EnglishSoft Skills- Leadership, strategic thinking, results-oriented- Ability to communicate effectively with operational teams and corporate functions- Aptitude for working in complex, multi-target environments
