• Gestione e sviluppo di clienti global ed Enterprise, con approccio consulenziale e visione strategica • Sviluppo di strategie commerciali per massimizzare le opportunità di vendita• Costruzione e mantenimento di relazioni solide con decision-maker e stakeholder chiave• Coordinamento con team interni per garantire il miglior servizio ai clienti• Monitoraggio delle performance e reporting periodico• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di Global o Key Account Manager, preferibilmente nel settore ICT Consulting e con comprovata esperienza nella gestione di clienti Enterprise• Spiccata attitudine alla gestione e allo sviluppo di relazioni commerciali consolidate, con un approccio consulenziale e orientato alla crescita del cliente• Capacità di identificare nuove opportunità di business all'interno del portafoglio esistente, con proattività anche nella generazione di nuovi contatti.• Conoscenza del mercato di riferimento (principali attori, player e competitor)• Eccellenti capacità di negoziazione e gestione delle relazioni• Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese• Disponibilità a viaggiare su territorio nazionaleFar parte di RICOH ti darà la possibilità di lavorare in un ambiente organizzato e ben strutturato, partecipando a diversi progetti in collaborazione con le diverse linee di business aziendali.Pacchetto retributivo sarà commisurato all'effettiva seniority e tale da soddisfare le migliori candidature.Smartworking e concrete possibilità di crescita e di miglioramento personale.Sede di Lavoro: Vimodrone, modalità Ibrida.
