Ruolo : Field Service Engineer per assistenza tecnica on-site su grandi impianti di diagnostica per immagini.Principali responsabilità :Effettuare presso il cliente finale interventi di manutenzione straordinaria, ordinaria, riparazioni, installazioni, sopralluoghi tecnici e collaudi su grandi impianti di diagnostica per immaginiAssistenza remota di primo e secondo livello su grandi impianti di diagnostica per immagini, tramite connessione remota ai sistemi, supporto telefonico, email, interfacciandosi direttamente con gli utenti utilizzatori dei dispositivi medici assistitiRedigere reportistica per interventi e problemi tecnici, gestione e tracciatura del ticket tramite software gestionaleRappresentare il punto di riferimento per il parco clienti assegnato circa gli aspetti tecnici del servizio di assistenza.Profilo :Diploma tecnico o equivalente, o laurea, anche breve, settore biomedico, elettronico, telecomunicazioni, informatico o elettricoCapacità di ascolto del cliente e di costruire relazioni, lavorando spesso sotto pressioneAutonomia nello svolgere le mansioni assegnate, nel problem solving e nel troubleshootingBuone basi informatiche e di elettrotecnicaDiscreta conoscenza della lingua inglesePreferibile esperienza, anche breve, nell'ambito service nel settore radiologico o nel settore medicale / ingegneria clinicaDisponibilità ad effettuare trasferte quotidiane e settimanali nella zona assegnata, in Italia, ed eventualmente anche all'estero, per il 90% – 95% del tempo.Patente di guidaSede di lavoro :La ricerca è attiva per più posizioni.Viene richiesta la residenza / domicilio nel Lazio o in Campania.La sede di Paramed Health Services è a Genova.#J-*****-Ljbffr
