Job DescriptionPosition Details:We are seeking a highly experienced and proactiveOnsite Delivery Managerto lead IT Infrastructure Operations for a large enterprise customer.This role requiresfluency in Italianto effectively engage with customer stakeholders who are not conversant in English.The candidate will manage a complex on-prem infrastructure supported by an India-based delivery team and play a key role in the customer's transformation journey to AWS Cloud over the next four years.Key Responsibilities:· Act as theprimary onsite interfacefor customer stakeholders across IT and business functions.· Manage delivery of IT operations services including:o Network & Storageo Backup (Commvault)o OS Patching· Lead and coordinatehigh-priority incident resolutioninvolving:o Customer IT teamso Third-party IT vendorso Product support teams (e.g., Nutanix, Oracle, Commvault)· Ensureeffective communication in Italian, bridging gaps between customer stakeholders and the India-based delivery team.· DriveSLA adherenceand ensure high-quality service delivery across L1, L2, and L3 support functions.· Demonstrateownership and accountabilityfor service outcomes and customer satisfaction.· Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure alignment withCustomer and ITCI processes.· Support and contribute to thecloud transformation program, with a focus on learning and adapting to AWS-based operationsRequired Skills & Experience:· Strongexperience in IT Infrastructure Operations.· Good experience in anonsite Delivery Manager rolefor IT operations projects.· Prior experience delivering services using aGlobal delivery model, Managed services modelwith distributed teams.· Experience leading transformation of ITOps.· Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills, with proven expertise in engaging, liaising with, and managing a diverse set of executive-level stakeholders (VP and above).· Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences· Proven experience in IT service delivery within themanufacturing industry.· Proven experience managing services delivered 100% by offshore (India-based) teams.· Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure hostedon-prem.· Excellentproblem-solving,interpersonal, andinfluencing skills.· Highlyproactive, with a strong sense ofownershipandinitiative.· Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and vendors who do not report directly to this role.
