Affidea is a highly successful pan-European medical service provider offering premium diagnostic imaging, cancer detection and cancer treatment services using state-of-the-art technology and experienced medical professionals.Operating a highly respected portfolio of medical centers across the continent, Affidea's services are at the cutting edge of patient care, serving patients in need of expert expertise.Affidea operates diagnostic and cancer treatment centers in 16 countries across Europe.We are looking for aSenior Accountant Financial Reportingwith knowledge of the English language, who will be based in Gessate, MI and work in a smart-working/hybrid environment.The ideal candidate will report directly to the Country Financial Controller and will manage all reporting activities for the Italian entities, collaborating with all other functions of the Italian finance team.The role will be the primary contact for Group HQ and auditors and will coordinate two dedicated resources in the Intercompany and Capex departments.Your main responsibilitiesIntegration and coordination of all financial reporting processes;Direct management of financial closing (accruals, IFRS 16);Coordination of the Capex and Intercompany subfunctions (2 resources);Management of all IAS/IFRS GAAP with the primary delta principles;Support to FP&A for monthly closing analysis and monthly analytical review;Active participation in annual budgeting, with preparation of specific information;Active support for mergers & acquisitions, applying delta principles.Your main requirementsHolder of a Bachelor's degree in Economics (or a similar field);At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role or as an auditor in a Big-4 firm;Strong practical skills in the Office suite, particularly Excel;High level of IFRS & IAS knowledge;Proactive, goal-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;Ability to work effectively in teams.We OfferWe offer a full-time contract (hybrid) with a salary commensurate with the candidate's experience.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and Accounting / AuditingIndustriesMedical Practices#J-*****-Ljbffr
