Senior WW GTM Partner Acceleration Lead, AWS Transform Job ID: ******* | Amazon Web Services, Inc.This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP).Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed.Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners.Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.Our vision in the WW Partner Go-To-Market team for AWS Transform Services is to be a leading provider of AI and Agentic business applications, leveraging Amazon's unique experience and expertise, used by millions of companies around the world to manage their day-to-day operations.Our mission is to accelerate our customers' businesses by delivering intuitive and differentiated technology solutions that solve enduring business challenges.We approach this challenge by blending vision with curiosity, and Amazon's real-world experience, to build opinionated, turn-key solutions.Where customers prefer to buy over build, we become their trusted partner with solutions that are no-brainers to buy and easy to use.We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded builder to join the WW Partner GTM Acceleration team and work closely with senior leaders, to ensure that we are aligned and working as single organization to achieve our strategic goals.This function will accelerate the AWS Transform Services GTM strategy and growth with Partners (as defined by our Operating Plan) through strategic initiatives that transform our organizational capability and operational excellence.This position requires a strong understanding of the internal AWS and external Partner business dynamics, AWS field enablement and planning processes, the ability to make important data-driven decisions, and bias for action to implement strategies that enhance performance with speed.You must be uncomfortable with status quo, curious about new programs and initiatives impacting our customers, partners, and employees, and possess the ability to ask the right questions.This function needs to have a bias for action, make informed decisions, demonstrating a proactive approach to projects and tasks.You must be comfortable taking risks and raising the bar for new ways of doing things.Strong analytical, Think Big, Invent & Simplify skills are crucial for success in this position.Key Job ResponsibilitiesContribute to AWS Transform Services portfolio strategy development, architecting comprehensive strategies and analytics frameworks to drive data-driven decision making across regions.Design and implement field and partner enablement programs, including training, and engagement models to transform sales effectiveness through innovative technology solutions.Partner cross functionally to develop and maintain measurement frameworks to evaluate initiative and program effectiveness.Develop geo-specific GTM plans and "Get to Green" plans, implementing scalable mechanisms that drive organizational effectiveness across multiple regions.Build strategic relationships with field and partner leadership, serving as a primary liaison between AWS Transform GTM leaders and regional stakeholders.Partner with business teams to deliver deep-dive analyses, highlighting business opportunities and risks, while managing feedback loops between field teams, partners, and GTM leadership.Lead cross-organizational initiatives with to integrate solutions and streamline business processes.Foster organizational alignment through effective communication of strategy and goals across all levels, driving proven results.Analyze business dynamics and architect scalable solutions, identifying opportunities for AAIS-specific enhancements to AWS field and partner scaling programs.Roll up sleeves and build sophisticated data models and data analysis as needed.Basic Qualifications5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experienceBachelor's degreeExperience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational levelExperience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPreferred QualificationsExperience interpreting data and making business recommendationsAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
