Warehouse Operator is responsible for the efficient receipt storage and dispatch of goods within the warehouse facility.This role requires maintaining accurate inventory records ensuring safe handling inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving and StorageReceive incoming shipments verify quantities and condition against delivery documentation and record any discrepancies.Transport goods to designated storage areas using appropriate equipment.Organize inventory in assigned locations following established warehouse management procedures and ensure proper rotation of stock to optimize availability.Order Fulfillment and ShippingPick pack and prepare goods for shipment according to specifications and quality standards.Load goods efficiently and securely ensuring proper documentation accompanies all shipments.Inventory ManagementContribute to regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes in cooperation with the Facility Coordinator.Safety and ComplianceFollow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.Maintain a clean organized work environment and report safety hazards immediately.Comply with company policies SOPs GMP regulatory requirements and industry best practices for warehouse operations.Equipment OperationOperate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.Maintain current certifications as required for equipment operation.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious warehouse or logistics experience preferredValid driving license and forklift operator certification or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hireStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills and willingness to learn new systemsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesWorking ConditionsThis role involves physical work in a warehouse environment.May require overtime during peak seasons or operational needs.Shift work may be required including evenings weekends or holidays scorte per ottimizzare la disponibilità.Evasione Ordini e SpedizionePrelevare imballare e preparare le merci per la spedizione secondo le specifiche e gli standard di qualità.Caricare le merci in modo efficiente e sicuro garantendo che la documentazione appropriata accompagni tutte le spedizioni.Gestione InventarioContribuire ai conteggi ciclici regolari e ai processi di inventario fisico annuale in collaborazione con il Coordinatore della Struttura.Sicurezza e ConformitàSeguire tutti i protocolli di sicurezza e indossare i dispositivi di protezione individuale richiesti.Mantenere un ambiente di lavoro pulito e organizzato e segnalare immediatamente i pericoli per la sicurezza.Rispettare le politiche aziendali le SOP i requisiti normativi GMP e le migliori pratiche del settore per le operazioni di magazzino.Utilizzo AttrezzatureUtilizzare le attrezzature del magazzino inclusi carrelli elevatori e transpallet in modo sicuro ed efficiente.Eseguire ispezioni di routine delle attrezzature e segnalare le necessità di manutenzione.Mantenere le certificazioni attuali come richiesto per lutilizzo delle attrezzature.Qualifiche RichiesteDiploma di scuola superiore o equivalente richiestoEsperienza precedente in magazzino o logistica preferitaPatente di guida valida e certificazione per operatore di carrelli elevatori o capacità di ottenere la certificazione entro 30 giorni
