Reporting to the VP Business Control Supply Chain and EPI, you will act as Finance Business Partner to the EVP Supply Chain on the production center activity, providing the right financial in-sights by challenging and building within cross functional teams the relevant action plans to in-crease Sidel performance understanding and profitability.Your Mission Lead the Finance Supply chain team (factory controllers) in order to drive theindustrial performance, from insights to actions, ensure compliance andcontrols, and manage risks.Control tower of production cost and planning.Business advisor when needed.ProductCost providing and analysis (RCA and action plan consolidation)Factoryutilization overview and actionsInventoriesmeasurement and actionsCAPEX& OPEX managementBusinesspartnering with Supply chain organization and EVP Supply chain and histeamResourceutilization (labor, manufacturing plant, make or buy)Sourcingperformance in cooperation with LogisticTranslationof S&OP to financial impactProductcost target (defined with Supply chain and EP&I)Stronglink with Cost and process team to implement and feedback tools andprocesses, margin analysis and forecastDrivethe supply chain contribution and financial performance.Activeparticipation to the three years Business Plan, annual Budget, quarterlyOutlook and quarterly closing.Proposeand implement continuous improvements of existing analysis / tools / ISthrough transversal and multi-sites projects, in cooperation with processteamYour Profile Masterdegree or equivalent in FinanceAMinimum of 10 years' experience in Industrial ControllingStrongcontrolling technical skills, solid knowledge of International FinancialReporting Standards (IFRS) accounting principlesAdvancedknowledge of controlling processes & business planning principlesStrongexperience in SAP FI/CO (Finance / Controlling) in an international andindustrial groupAdvancepractice of IS Tools including any other digitalization tools (Qliksense,Power BI...)#J-*****-Ljbffr
