Il ruolo prevede autonomia su progetti complessi, collaborazione cross-team e mentoring dei profili junior.Responsabilità principaliProgettazione e sviluppo modelli LLM/ML: fine-tuning, adapter, prompt engineering, evaluation multi-metrica (accuratezza, factuality, harmfulness, costi/latency).Integrazione e messa in produzione: implementazione pipeline MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, drift/bias detection, SLO di modello).Sviluppo soluzioni agentiche: orchestrazione task-centric, tool-calling, memory, API integration.Collaborazione cross-team: interfaccia con Data, IT, Security, Product per delivery su obiettivi di business.Mentoring: supporto e crescita dei profili junior, code review, diffusione best practice.Quality & Risk Management: presidio sicurezza, compliance (AI Act, GDPR), gestione incident/SEV.Requisiti minimiLaurea Magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini.5+ anni di esperienza in AI/ML + Software Development, di cui almeno 2 anni su progetti Generative AI/LLM.Ottima conoscenza di Python, PyTorch e design di sistemi ML.Esperienza concreta con fine-tuning LLM, RAG/hybrid search, orchestrazione agenti.Padronanza di pipeline MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow).Capacità di lavorare in autonomia su progetti complessi e di collaborare con team multidisciplinari.Nice to HaveEsperienza con pipeline multimodali (NLP/vision/time-series), vector DB, ranking/metrics.Contributi OSS/pubblicazioni, track record su platform engineering.Esperienza in contesti finanziari/regolamentati; principi di model risk e AI governance.Soft skills & mindsetOwnership e orientamento al risultato.Problem solving strategico e semplificazione della complessità.Leadership collaborativa e mentoring.Comunicazione efficace e assertiva.Sede di lavoro:Milano (alternanza presenza in sede e smart working)Il Gruppo Fineco è orgoglioso di essere un Equal Opportunity Employer e si impegna a creare un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e inclusivo, fondato sul rispetto reciproco e la valorizzazione di qualsiasi diversità, offrendo pari opportunità di lavoro.
