We create smart innovations to meet the mobility challenges of today and tomorrow.We design and manufacture a complete range of transportation systems, from high-speed trains to electric buses and driverless trains, as well as infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility solutions.Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than ****** people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.For ourSaviglianoorVado Liguresite inItalywe are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiasticProcurement Project Manager.Purpose of the JobSecure that suppliers QCD performances are in line with objectives for defined project(s).Workpackage owner for the project.Main interface between project & sourcing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the sourcing activity of the ProjectEnsure that the overall QCD target of the WP material under his responsibility is metParticipate to the project management committeeEncompass PSCL output in the overall picture of the project (availability of the purchaser requests on time and on quality for take-over by the buyers, availability of the material for the 1st train, consolidation of the logistic conditions)Communicate project needs and ensure they are properly taken into accountOrganize launch meeting toward TSS and DomChallenge new gaps compared to tender commitments, incorporate Return on Experience, escape if any critical delay is occurring in specification availability, facilitate co-operation between Engineering and Sourcing, ask for arbitration in case of conflictPublish the specific legal requirements to be taken into account in negotiations, after analysis of the customer specific demands and after decision with the PM to flow down (or not) these requirements to the suppliersDefine and implement the Project Sourcing Strategy in full respect of QCD commitmentsEstablish and agree with the PM on a Project Sourcing Strategy (if not done at Tender stage), in line Platform Sourcing strategy (panel, LCC objectives, dual sources...)Animate supplier selection through Business Award process, asks for arbitration when relevantBased on SSM, buyer, SPQD output, supervise contracts execution of selected suppliers until FAI milestoneManage the Material Work PackageReview periodically the QCD material scope (Work packages) with stakeholders, establish a robust "at completion" vision, taking into account risks, ambitions and incertitudeEstablish bridge analysis at each SPR cycleEngage the claim process for the CONQ S2 incidentsKnowledge & ExperienceMASTER in purchasing or equivalent (engineering, project management...)Interest in technical field5 years of experience (Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality...)Fluent English and international backgroundGood interpersonal skillsAn agile, inclusive and responsible culture is the foundation of our company where diverse people are offered excellent opportunities to grow, learn and advance in their careers.We are committed to encouraging our employees to reach their full potential, while valuing and respecting them as individuals.Job Type: Experienced#J-*****-Ljbffr
