Handling of customer complaints on the basis of product faults, delivery errors, transport damages or losses Processing of the returns and credit notes Maintain, update and refine all customer data Order/data entry Sales campaign support for sales managers, customers and models Product preparation, organization, and assortment in the showroom following VM guidelines Order management on JOOR + AS400 Sending order confirmations and organization of commercial documents Back-office supportYour Profile:You have a university degree preferably in sales or business administration Preferably some experience in a similar role in customer service/sales support You have knowledge of import export documentations to be more confident in the role Fluent level in English and Italian is required, any other language is a plus Hands-on mentality and the ability to convince others Strong organizational and problem solving skills You are a team player with intercultural sensitivity Proficiency in MS Office suite: Excel, Word ,Powerpoint Knowledge of AS400 is a plusWhat We Offer:International and fashion environment A dynamic, international company and pioneer in the field of sustainability and circular economy (Cradle 2 Cradle) Flexible working hours/home office Ticket restaurant for worked day in the office Varied and diverse range of tasks Discount for all employees on Wolford products and merchandiseJoin the World of Wolford.We look forward to receiving your application
