??We're Hiring: Customer Experience AgentDo you love connecting with people from all over the world — customers, suppliers, and colleagues alike???If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Whilst the role is advertised as full-time, we can offer flexible working arrangements for this role, such as hybrid working up to max 60% of the working time, adjusted working hours, and other alternative working patterns.????What You'll DoAsCustomer Experience Agentyou will provide services to direct customers and onboard them to the Maersk environment.Activities may include the following (but are not limited to): End-to-end shipping process, Case Management, Customer onboarding and relationship management, dispute management, online assistance, cross-selling and more.Key Responsibilities?? Strong interest or experience inFCL import–export operations?? Managing shipment processes in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements?? Building strong customer relationships and understanding their business needs?? Providing proactive support: tracking shipments, flagging deviations, and suggesting solutions?? Working in a KPI-driven environment, meeting/exceeding targets, and identifying improvement areasWhat We're Looking For?? A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service??? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills??? Strong planning abilities and comfort working under deadlines?? Basic computer literacy???????? Professional proficiency inEnglish and Italian??Location:Genoa or Milan, ItalyAdditional Information?
