About the jobQuanex, a global leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Product Experience Manager to join Quanex, either at our Italian plant in Budrio (BO) or at our UK site in Wolverhampton.The role reports directly to the Director of Product.We are looking for a forward-thinking, digitally skilled professional to join our Product Management team.This position plays a key role in shaping the digital experience around our hardware product portfolio, with a strong focus on competitive benchmarking, product configurators, and digital tools that enhance product selection and customer engagement.What Success Looks Like- Lead competitive benchmarking initiatives to assess product positioning and identify innovation opportunities.- Manage and evolve product configurators and digital selection tools to support both internal stakeholders and external customers.- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and IT to define and implement improvements to digital tools and services.- Support product launches by developing configuration logic, digital assets, and user documentation in collaboration with Marketing Communication and After Sales.- Manage product training resources- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to guide the development of digital experiences and services.- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability of product data across all digital platforms.Your Credentials- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Business, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or digital tool development for industrial or hardware products.- Strong analytical skills and experience with competitive benchmarking.- Familiarity with product configurators, CAD/PLM systems, or similar digital platforms.- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).Soft skills- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.- Proactive mindset with a passion for digital innovation and customer experience.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Culturally aware and adaptable in international settings.About Quanex, A Part Of Something BiggerQuanex (NYSE: NX) is a global, publicly traded manufacturing company primarily serving OEMs in the fenestration, cabinetry, solar, refrigeration and outdoor products markets.We are A Part of Something Bigger by improving the performance and aesthetics of end products through continuous innovation, helping customers achieve greater production efficiencies, dedication to giving back to communities where we operate, producing shareholder value and helping our employees learn, grow, and thrive.Learn more at Quanex.Com.
