Pluxee is a global player in employee benefits and engagement, operating in 31 countries.Pluxee helps companies attract, engage, and retain talent through a wide range of solutions covering Food & Nutrition, Wellness, Lifestyle, Rewards & Recognition, and Public Benefits.With leading technology and over 5,000 engaged members, Pluxee acts as a trusted partner within a highly interconnected B2B2C ecosystem of over 500,000 customers, 36 million consumers and 1.7 million merchants.Having served as a trusted partner for over 45 years, Pluxee is committed to creating a positive impact for all its stakeholders, from driving business growth in local communities to supporting employee well-being at work, while protecting the planet.Your next challengeRole Purpose: Supports Pluxee success on the market through product innovation and stability, strengthening our positioning on all 3 stakeholders: users, clients and merchants.Business ResponsibilitiesLeading the product strategy in collaboration with the other teams, with an agile approach: from scoping new functionalities to defining requirements, liaising with all involved teams for development and go to market, measuring results both in terms of marketing KPIs and overall business results.What you'll be doing:Works on revising for the existing offering and defining for new offerings all core-product elements: target, value proposition, specs and requirementsDefines the product roadmap to realize this vision, managing closely already existing development partnersDrives the product development and in-life product management processLeads business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign-off and release criteriaAssesses Risks & Opportunities continuously & make course corrections, whenever needed during the product development processIdentifies emerging competitive trends in the product area and find ways to adapt current products/ develop new productsProvides guidance on all key elements of the product marketing mixYou're a matchCertifications RequirementsCertification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.Master's degree preferred.Work Experience Requirements5-6 years of experience in product-centric environments (strongly KPI-driven).Preferred at least brief experience in B2B contexts, with digital or digitalized products and assets.LanguagesItalian Native, English FluentCompetenciesUnderstanding of products and ability to articulate the value derived based on epic / feature / functionality;Ability to translate business into technical requirements & vice versa;Ability to analyze consumer/client insights & behavior;Proficiency in research and analysis: competitive analysis, business analysis, market assessment;Ability to define & track success metrics;Project Management;Advanced knowledge of English, excel and powerpoint;Nice to have: Google Analytics or other web tracking tools.To get this challengeAdd list of interviewers.• Video call or face to face with TA Expert, Hiring Manager and Local HRYour locationMilano (Hybrid)??
