Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?Join our team in Milan as a Tech Support & Implementation Specialist, where you'll support our customers, implement innovative solutions, and become an expert in our cutting-edge products and services.About UsSupplyPoint is a global leader in intelligent inventory management systems.With a strong presence across multiple continents, we provide innovative solutions that help our customers improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize supply chain operations.What You'll DoIn this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will:Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools—resolving issues involving software, hardware, networking, reporting, databases, and custom inquiries.Own and manage incident tickets, ensuring accurate logging and timely resolution while meeting team KPIs & SLAs.Grow and share product knowledge, contributing to an aligned and up-to-date knowledge base.Conduct on-site service activities, including breakdowns, installations, deliveries, and customer implementations with professionalism.Collaborate with sales and customers to define system requirements and propose practical solutions.Support departmental admin tasks, such as spares management and hardware returns/diagnostics.Participate in on-call support rotations and carry out additional duties as requested by management.This role is offered as a full-time employed position, and it is not a freelance/contracting role.This position involves occasional travel—approximately 30% of the time, up to 5 consecutive days (no weekends).What You BringAssociate degree or equivalent industry experience0–3 years in a technical support or IT environment working with software and hardwareStrong passion for technology and a hands-on approachLogical thinker with excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsIntermediate knowledge of PCs, networking, Windows, SQL, IIS, servers, and MS OfficeBasic understanding of electronics/hardwareFamiliarity with common technical support practicesFluency in English (required)Additional fluency in French or Spanish (a plus)Full driving license & willingness to travelWhat We Are Looking ForWe're looking for someone who demonstrates:Customer FocusAdaptability & FlexibilityInitiative & OwnershipStrong Interpersonal SkillsGoal Orientation and Results FocusCommitment to Self-DevelopmentLocationMilan, Italy — with travel across the region.If you are a proactive, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a customer-centric environment, you enjoy tackling technical challenges, working collaboratively, and continuously developing your skills, and you're ready to join a supportive team, strengthen your technical expertise, and make an impact in a fast-growing environment, we want to hear from youPlease submit your CV in English.PayPay: Pay is dependent on experience and skills, with a starting salary range of €26,500–€28,500 per year.#J-*****-Ljbffr
