Angelo Po Grandi Cucine S.P.A.As a part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings—which is backed by Berkshire Hathaway— you'll be doing things that matter, leading at every level, and winning a better way.We're committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone's empowered to be their best.Under broad supervision, coordinates, diagnoses and troubleshoots incoming employee calls.Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access.Provides timely resolution of moderately complex problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel.Supports and maintains effective relationships with users.May develop or document standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to IT support.Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.Main duties- InfrastructureProvide installation and configuration of HW & SW, all computers, laptops, cameras, printers, readers and other accessoriesEnsure regular checks and maintenance of equipment, resolve any technical issues or complaintsHandle company IT equipment records (inventory, reporting)Work closely with the global IT teamEnsure adherence to set standards, maintain documentation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement- JDEdwards/ERPProvide first level support for users in JDE in the case of issuesUser
