Senior Project Construction ManagerSenior Project Construction ManagerCompany : Project Management and Engineering ConsultancyWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project / Design Manager to oversee the Design and Construction of complex Hospitality project.The ideal candidate will have *****years of experience in managing both brownfield and greenfield projects, with a proven track record in managing the design, tender, and construction phases of hospitality new builds or refurbishment.This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee the design phase, ensuring that all designs meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.Manage the tendering process, including the preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and selection of contractors.Supervise the construction phase, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and that financial targets are met.Create and maintain project schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process.Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Provide guidance and support to junior staff and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project standards and best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.*****years of experience in project construction management, with a focus on complex building projects (residential, office, hotel, retail, logistics, and industrial).Proven experience managing both brownfield and greenfield projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and project management methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).Strong leadership and team management abilities.\Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to lead significant construction projects in a dynamic and growing multinational company.A collaborative and innovative work environment that values expertise and initiative.If you are a seasoned construction manager with a passion for delivering high-quality projects, we invite you to apply.Please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience toJ-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
