Learning Product Designer – AI x EdTech (French fluent)JoinParadox ENas a Learning Product Designer.This role is for a creative, research-driven designer who will work on building theParadox OS, a learning ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral science to create transformative learning experiences.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full learning architecture, from strategy to execution.Design end-to-end learning journeys that engage heart and brain, not just deliver knowledge.Script stories, write copy, and create educational assets (modules, assessments, prompts, soundscapes).Build AI-powered coaching cycles (loops, agents, prompts) that adapt to each user.Conduct user research, workshops, and data analysis to inform course goals and learner personas.Iterate on courses based on KPIs of transformation, retention, and impact.Collaborate with coaches, writers, filmmakers, and engineers to create cinematic, science-based experiences.Advocate for user needs, pushing back on constraints and optimizing for real change.Qualifications3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred).Proven track record of shipping a major feature or product end-to-end with measurable impact.Comfortable using AI tools, Figma, and iterative design processes.Portfolio of cinematic or narrative-rich courses or learning programs.Strong understanding of behavior change science, habit formation, and self-determination theory.Preferred Skills & TraitsObsessed with craft, outcomes, and continuous improvement.Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.Strong aesthetic sensibility and eye for detail.Critical thinker who turns vague problems into clear hypotheses.Digital and AI savvy; can prototype AI agents or indicate when learning needs to be developed.Language RequirementsFrench: native.English: fluent and comfortable with written and spoken communication.Benefits & CultureFast, high-impact work environment with A-players that hold themselves to Apple/Spotify/MasterClass standards.Remote-first culture with flexible hours and work-from-anywhere support.Competitive salary, 350 € per year in health & wellbeing, 150 € books/education budget, 6 × 1:1 coaching sessions.Access to standing desks and Mac for those working from home.In-office perks (Dubai, Paris, Lisbon) and a ******* Dreams Wall that celebrates impact.Opportunity to contribute to the Paradox Foundation and a culture of autonomy and accountability.How to ApplyTo apply, complete the recruitment process, which requires candidates to organize calls with prior managers.If you are not comfortable with this, do not apply.Hiring Process6-8 minute application survey (with short video).30-minute video call to discuss career path and ambitions.1-hour video call to explore fit with the Product team.1-hour culture-fit video call.Final video call to discuss product vision and next milestones.Reference check if required.Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionDesign, Art/Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustryEducation#J-*****-Ljbffr
