Product ManagerJoin us as a Senior Expert Product Manager to architect and evolve the foundational platform that powers Qonto's entire user experience.You will tackle one of our most complex product challenges: transforming how 600,000+ customers navigate, discover, and interact with our financial platform.As a Senior Expert Product Manager at Qonto, you willContinuously explore customer problems, identify opportunities across journeys, validate hypotheses, and translate insights into clear, testable bets.Partner with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to take complex, cross-cutting initiatives from idea to launch, ensuring quality, speed, and measurable outcomes.Shape product strategy by prioritizing what truly moves the needle for customers and the business, aligning teams around clear goals and decision frameworks.Define patterns, standards, and platform capabilities that are adopted across product teams to create a coherent, high-quality app experience.Combine user research, analytics, and market signals to build deep expertise in your domain and share learnings widely.What you can expectYou will view the app as an integrated platform, with a scope that spans transversal product surfaces and capabilities influencing how all teams build and how customers navigate and discover value.You'll bring structure, creativity, and strong product judgment to turn loosely defined challenges into concrete progress.You'll serve both external customers and internal cross-functional teams, aligning diverse stakeholders and securing adoption without direct authority.Details matter.You'll go deep on interaction patterns, component states, and motion—partnering closely with our Design System to raise the bar across the experience.You'll be curious about the full Qonto journey and share insights proactively to improve outcomes beyond your immediate scope.About YouSystems thinking expertise: You see products as integrated platforms, not isolated features.You can abstract transversal elements, map complex use cases, and turn theoretical frameworks into actionable product improvements.Product & design sensibility: You have extreme attention to detail and passion for testing new apps.Background as a former designer or engineer strongly preferred over strategy roles— we need someone who has shipped and built features, not just theorized about them.Customer obsession: You're innately curious about entire user journeys and understand why users come to Qonto, even outside your direct domain.You conduct user interviews and share feedback across teams.Communication & stakeholder management: You excel at building partnerships and influencing without authority.You can align and secure adoption across teams with no direct
