Lay the groundwork for tomorrow with KubotaSince ****,Kubotahas evolved in a unique way worldwide.With a strong will to solve problems in food, water and the environment, we have leveraged our strength as a manufacturer and a solutions provider.Spanning across 120+ countries and employing more than 50,000 people in Asia, Europe and North America, Kubota generates revenue in excess of $20 billion.From agricultural and industrial machinery, and overall water solutions, to any other living environment solution, our question, and our challenge was always the same: what can we do to meet the demands and enhance our lives for tomorrow?Explore this exciting career opportunity and join us on the journey as we seek to be an "Essentials Innovator for Supporting Life".My job, Our futureReporting to the Country Manager, theArea Sales Managerhas the dual mission of promoting the brands products and developing the quality of the network in compliance with the sales policy defined by the division.He advises and proposes solutions to meet customer needs and constraints.Job DutiesPromoting all the construction machinery ranges marketed by the brand (mini excavators, wheel loaders, tracked transporters and accessories)Developing machine and product sales in B2BDeveloping sales with rental companies and major accounts in B2CControlling and monitoring network performance (Wholes and Retails)Building action plans and monitoring the objectives defined for each dealership (definition of objectives in collaboration with the sales Director for Italy)Setting up product training courses for the network, technical follow-up and evaluation of the salesmenFollowing-up on price grids established by the division managementMaking decisions for exceptional discounts and/or price adjustmentsAdapting marketing operations to dealer needs and requestsSetting up of the local strategyManaging the distribution network - controlling dealers sales and the developed market shareParticipation and support in the implementation of dealer projects in compliance with the long-term manufacturer policy.At least 7 years of professional experience in salesExperience in planning and implementing sales strategiesExperience in developing the customer portfolioExperience managing and directing distribution networkFluency in Italian and good knowledge of English is mandatoryLocated in the Southern or Centre part of ItalyStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure.#J-*****-Ljbffr
