TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT We are searching a talented and courageous Technical – Sales Support who share our values, with innovative capacity for working with us by integrating in a diverse team that work together.The overall package will be defined during the interview with the candidate, because we believe in selection processes that are transparent, inclusive, and respectful of everyone's time.Work Experience & Education RequirementsPreferred qualifications: engineering degree/ technical diplomaNecessary work experience (if any): at least two years' experience in technical-commercial fieldAbility to work in a team.Management of objectives, priorities and be able to organize own work according to deadlines and possible tight deadlines.Flexibility according to company demands and dynamic environment.Ability to identify and overcome obstacles, with a positive and proactive attitude.Knowledge of mechanical drawing,Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.Knowledge of thermodynamics is appreciatedWhat will you be doing in this role?This position will have the following responsibilities :Technical / Commercial contact with CustomersYou will deal with commercial offers for customers, either by preparing them directly or by providing support in their preparation.(Including thermodynamic calculations).Sending quotations to the customer & follow up.Replying to technical questions about Chillers, Heat Pumps and Dehumidifiers & CO2 periodic support.Cooperating with product management and technical office to prepare and/or integrate technical documentation.Supporting back office to technically validate offers before processing the order.Responsibilities and deliverables includeQuoting special and standard chillers, heat pumps dehumidifiers and air conditioning machines, using dedicated selection software.Define new range of products to support specific niches of business.Coordinate with Internal department to ensure customer and product satisfaction & enhancements.The overall package will be defined during the interview with the candidate, because we believe in selection processes that are transparent, inclusive, and respectful of everyone's time.#J-*****-Ljbffr
