Company Description Relais Almaranto is a distinctive retreat in the picturesque UNESCO region of Piemonte, nestled among lush vineyards and hazelnut groves.Conveniently located between the historic towns of Nizza Monferrato and Canelli, it offers guests easy access to renowned wineries and cultural landmarks.Relais Almaranto boasts two exceptional restaurants—award-winning fine-dining ADAGIO and the casual ANIMA with stunning views—along with unique event spaces and a renowned cooking school.With a warm and attentive team, the property provides an unforgettable experience for both business and leisure travelers.At Relais Almaranto, creating lasting memories is at the heart of every visit.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position in Calamandrana for a Dining Room Server.The Dining Room Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring tables are properly set, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.This role involves working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, addressing customer needs promptly and courteously, and upholding service quality standards.The Dining Room Server will play a key role in providing warm hospitality to enhance guest satisfaction.Qualifications Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor Proficiency in Food Service practices, including serving techniques and maintaining a clean dining area Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on meeting guest needs and creating an exceptional dining experience Commitment to Service Quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the role Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in the hospitality or dining industry is preferred Knowledge of food and wine pairings, particularly Italian cuisine, is a strong advantage Fluency in Italian and/or English; additional language skills are beneficial
