Aquazzura is a luxury footwear brand founded in Florence in **** by Colombian designer Edgardo Osorio .Rooted in Italian craftsmanship and driven by a contemporary, feminine vision, Aquazzura is known for its refined elegance, exceptional comfort and timeless yet modern design.Each collection reflects a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, with a strong focus on quality, detail and savoir-faire.Today, Aquazzura is an internationally recognized brand, distributed in over 50 countries, with headquarters in Florence and Milan and boutiques in the world's most prestigious luxury destinations.The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.Client and Business oriented Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand; Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs; Build up a loyal Clientele; Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor; Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor's trading activities.Operations: Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company; Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business; Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.); Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor; Involved in the Stock and Inventory; Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor; Maintain merchandising standards.Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality; Must be customer-oriented; Action and Sales oriented; Excellent customer and service attitude; Strong communication skills; Luxury product knowledge; Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus.
