Aquazzura is a luxury footwear brand founded in Florence in **** by Colombian designer Edgardo Osorio .Rooted in Italian craftsmanship and driven by a contemporary, feminine vision, Aquazzura is known for its refined elegance, exceptional comfort and timeless yet modern design.Each collection reflects a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, with a strong focus on quality, detail and savoir-faire.Today, Aquazzura is an internationally recognized brand, distributed in over 50 countries, with headquarters in Florence and Milan and boutiques in the world's most prestigious luxury destinations.Posizione: The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized customer experience, building strong customer relationships, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.Client and Business oriented Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand; Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs; Build up a loyal Clientele; Demonstrate an active role on the selling floor; Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor's trading activities.Operations: Working within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company; Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business; Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.); Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor; Involved in the Stock and Inventory; Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor; Maintain merchandising standards.Requisiti: Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts.Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality; Must be customer-oriented; Action and Sales oriented; Excellent customer and service attitude; Strong communication skills; Luxury product knowledge; Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus.
