Accounting and Treasury SpecialistKLN Freight (Italy) S.p.A. è parte di un gruppo multinazionale leader nel settore della logistica e dei trasporti.Offriamo soluzioni integrate per spedizioni nazionali e internazionali via mare, terra e aria, garantendo ai nostri clienti efficienza, affidabilità e innovazione.Entrare a far parte del nostro team significa contribuire a una realtà dinamica, in crescita e fortemente orientata alla qualità del servizio.Descrizione del ruoloPer il nostro HQ di Milano siamo alla ricerca di un/una Accounting and Treasury Specialist da inserire nel team Accounting & Finance, allinterno del reparto AFC, con riporto diretto allAccounting Manager.La risorsa ricoprirà un ruolo strategico, contribuendo alle diverse attività amministrative e contabili e collaborando attivamente con i membri del Team.Responsabilità principali:• Gestione del ciclo attivo e passivo, con corretta imputazione per Centro di Costo e competenza.• Contabilità generale.• Gestione e registrazione delle note spese.• Aggiornamento e tenuta del libro cespiti e del libro inventari.• Riconciliazioni bancarie e gestione delle carte di credito.• Gestione dei rapporti amministrativi con Enti, Clienti e Fornitori.• Predisposizione dei pagamenti fornitori e di altri pagamenti periodici.• Adempimenti contabili, civilistici e fiscali (liquidazioni periodiche IVA, F24, Intrastat).• Supporto allAccounting Manager nelle attività di chiusura mensile: accantonamenti, analisi, pianificazione e reportistica interna, verso le sedi del Gruppo e la Casa MadreRequisiti:• 3–5 anni di esperienza in contesti internazionali e dinamici allinterno dellarea Amministrazione, oppure provenienza da Società di Revisione.• Ottima conoscenza della normativa IVA.• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che orale (livello B1–B2).• Spiccate capacità di problem solving, precisione, autonomia e flessibilità.• Preferenziale conoscenza di AS400 e DocFinance.• Orario di lavoro: Full-time, con possibilità di smart working (1 giorno a settimana).• CCNL: Logistica, trasporto merci e spedizione.• Inquadramento e RAL: Commisurati allesperienza e definiti in fase di colloquio.
