evolve our platform, a sports betting odds comparison service.About the PlatformOur system is aNode.js applicationserving odds and advertising creatives to multiple customers within the sports betting industry.It handles high-traffic environments with continuous deployments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFrontend DevelopmentCreative System Development:Refactor and maintain advertising creatives (banners, widgets) using EJS templatesImplement new creative formats across multiple sports (football, tennis, basketball)Work with Webpack build system (EJS preprocessing, SASS compilation, image optimization)Ensure cross-customer compatibility with dynamic stylesheet loadingOptimize creative performance and asset deliveryLanding Pages & Templates:Develop and maintain server-side rendered landing pagesIntegrate with Logix.OddsFeed API for real-time oddsImplement comprehensive betting market support (1X2, Handicaps, Over/Under, BTTS, etc.)Ensure consistent UI/UX across different brandsHandle Italian localization and market-specific text generationCode Quality & Architecture:Lead refactoring initiatives to improve code maintainabilityImplement shared modules and DRY principlesWrite clean, well-documented codeCreate reusable components across creatives and landing pagesREQUIRED TECHNICAL SKIILSFrontend: Expert-level JavaScript (ES6+), EJS templating, HTML5, CSS3/SASSBackend: Node.js, Express.jsBuild Tools: Webpack, npm scriptsDatabase: MongoDB (basic queries, connection management)Version Control: Git, GitHub workflowsFrontend SpecializationCSS architecture and responsive designCross-browser compatibility and testingPerformance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, image optimization)Understanding of advertising standards and banner developmentExperience3+ years of advanced frontend developmentProven experience with complex build systems (Webpack, Rollup, or similar)Experience with server-side rendering and templating enginesComfortable working independently and with supervisionSoft SkillsProblem Solving:Good analytical skills to debug production issues across the stackCommunication:Clear technical communication in English (Italian is a plus)Attention to Detail: Pixel-perfect implementation and brand consistency awarenessNice to HaveExperience with sports betting or gambling industryKnowledge of Italian language
