Il nostro cliente è Bristol Myers Squibb, una realtà biofarmaceutica globale impegnata nello sviluppo e nella commercializzazione di terapie innovative.L'azienda opera in diverse aree terapeutiche chiave e lavora ogni giorno per migliorare la vita dei pazienti, grazie a una forte cultura scientifica e a un approccio orientato alla responsabilità e alla qualità.Il ruoloLa risorsa, basata a Roma, riporterà al Director EMEA Employee & Labour Relations e sarà il punto di riferimento per le tematiche di Employee Relations e Labour Relations in Italia, con possibilità di estensione del perimetro a livello europeo.Il ruolo ha un forte taglio business partner e lavora a stretto contatto con People Leaders, HR Business Partner, HR Law, Compliance, Works Councils e Organizzazioni Sindacali.Responsabilità principaliGestione di casi complessi legati a performance, condotta, procedimenti disciplinari, segnalazioni e conflitti sul lavoroConduzione di investigazioni nel rispetto delle policy aziendali e della normativa localeSupporto e coaching a manager e HR su tematiche di gestione delle personeConsulenza continua su policy HR, pratiche organizzative e gestione del rischioPromozione di un clima aziendale sano, coerente con i valori e le esigenze del businessGestione delle relazioni con Works Councils e Organizzazioni SindacaliPreparazione e conduzione degli incontri sindacaliSupporto alle attività di informazione, consultazione e negoziazione previste dal CCNL e dalla normativa vigenteRedazione e mantenimento della documentazione relativa alle relazioni sindacaliCollaborazione con HR Law e stakeholder interni su tematiche contrattuali e di complianceAlmeno 6 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Employee Relations e/o Labour RelationsEsperienza maturata in aziende farmaceutiche o contesti affiniConoscenza approfondita del contratto collettivo del settore farmaceutico e del sistema di relazioni sindacali italianoInglese fluente (requisito mandatorio)Capacità di gestire più casi e stakeholder in paralleloApproccio pragmatico, orientato al business e alla soluzione#J-*****-Ljbffr
