OverviewThe Jackal s.p.a. è una content e talent factory che opera nell'ambito dell'intrattenimento ideando e producendo contenuti per piattaforme digitali e televisive.Attraverso un linguaggio originale e fortemente riconoscibile, The Jackal sviluppa progetti editoriali, branded entertainment e format di intrattenimento capaci di connettere brand e community in modo autentico e rilevante.The Jackal ha sedi operative a Napoli e Milano.PosizionePer la nostra sede di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire nella content factory The Jackal che risponda al ruolo di: Senior Sales Branded EntertainmentVorremmo entrare in contatto con professionisti con una solida esperienza commerciale nel mondo del branded entertainment, della comunicazione e dei contenuti digitali, capaci di comprendere le esigenze dei brand e trasformarle in progetti creativi di valore, in linea con il tone of voice e l'identità di The Jackal.Cosa farai?Entrerai a far parte del team commerciale e ti occuperai dello sviluppo e della gestione di progetti di branded entertainment.In particolare, le attività che seguirai sono:sviluppo commerciale di progetti di branded content e branded entertainment, dalla fase di scouting del cliente fino alla chiusura della trattativa;gestione del rapporto con clienti diretti, agenzie e centri media;collaborazione costante con i team interni (creativi, autori, produzione, project management) per la definizione delle proposte progettuali;analisi dei brief e costruzione di soluzioni strategiche e creative coerenti con gli obiettivi dei brand;partecipazione alle fasi di presentazione delle proposte e di condivisione degli output;monitoraggio dell'andamento dei progetti e supporto allo sviluppo di relazioni di lungo periodo con i clienti.RequisitiRequisiti richiesti:esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli sales o business development in contesti affini (branded entertainment, media company, agenzie creative o digital);comprovata esperienza nella gestione di clienti, agenzie e centri media;capacità di interpretare le esigenze dei brand e tradurle in opportunità progettuali;forte attitudine commerciale unita a sensibilità creativa;capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e di gestire più progetti in contemporanea;ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e di negoziazione.Requisiti preferenzialiesperienza diretta nel mondo dei contenuti digitali e social;conoscenza del mercato media e advertising;ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).Abilità richiesteforte propensione alla gestione dei rapporti interpersonali;elevato standing professionale;ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving;capacità di interfacciarsi con stakeholder di diversa estrazione ed esperienza;predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione cross-funzionale.Altre informazioniEntrare in The Jackal significa far parte di una realtà creativa e in continua evoluzione, dove intrattenimento, contenuti e branded entertainment si incontrano per dare vita a progetti innovativi e rilevanti.Avrai l'opportunità di lavorare a stretto contatto con team creativi di alto livello, contribuendo allo sviluppo di progetti che parlano a milioni di persone... divertendoti.#J-*****-Ljbffr
