The Adler Pelzer Group is the world's leading supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation for the automotive industry with more than ****** employees at over 110 production sites.We serve all the world's major automotive manufacturers as a system supplier and development partner.Adler Evo srl, for the Plant located in Desio (MB), is looking for a Logistics ManagerKey responsibilitiesDefine and maintain the inventory of raw materials necessary for production supply.Monitor, implement, and adapt Corporation policies regarding your area of responsibility.Collaborate in planning and developing procedures and objectives.Resolve any arising problems or customer complaints related to logistic activities.Maintain an effective communication system regarding materials and shipments, both within the company and with customers and suppliers; managing and reporting necessary information to different levels of the company.Ensure the updating of databases and systems related to materials management.Ensure compliance with Safety and Health regulations in your area of competence.Follow all Safety and Environmental regulations defined in work instructions or communicated through training.Take necessary measures for prevention and control of operations.Define and maintain the inventory of raw materials necessary for production supply.Implement a material management system that integrates supplier deliveries with production requirements and the established quantity of raw materials.Establish and maintain the inventory of finished products necessary for customer supply.Train, motivate, and ensure the proper performance of employees under your supervision.Production Scheduling/Capacity management (semifinished and finished products stock levels and production batches definition, stock level controlling, manpower need calculation - MRPII, Master Production Scheduling, daily production monitoring, bottleneck identification and corrective action implementation, tool change organization).Warehouse management (raw material, semifinished and finished product stocking, lay out definition, visual management and FIFO).Transportation management (In bound and Out bound trip planning, milk rounding and truck saturation).Rent container management (stocking and lay out management, stock level controlling and need calculation, procurement and delivery check, container inventory and book-keeping accuracy management).RequirementsAt least 5 years relevant experience in logistics managementDegree in engineering or logistics related discipline is desirable.Advanced knowledge of ERP.Experience in the Automotive T1 environmentProject management skills with experience in managing and driving change.Good communication, presentation and analytical skills.Ability to lead, influence and build strong working relationships.High level of written and spoken English.SkillsLeadership;Excellent time and planning skills;Good interpersonal and communication skills;Flexibility, enthusiasm and motivation;Real team playerExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer orientation;Willingness, flexibility and dynamism to work in a high pace environment;We offerInteresting professional assignment and challenge.Interesting salary and benefit package.#J-*****-Ljbffr
