Director, EMV 3DS Product Management, Europe Join to apply for the Director, EMV 3DS Product Management, Europe role at Mastercard Our Purpose: Mastercard powers economies and empowers people in 200+ countries and territories worldwide.Together with our customers, we're helping build a sustainable economy where everyone can prosper.We support a wide range of digital payments choices, making transactions secure, simple, smart and accessible.Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential.Title & Summary Director, EMV 3DS Product Management, Europe The Director of EMV 3DS Authentication Europe will own the regional strategy, product roadmap and performance/revenue KPIs of Mastercard's EMV 3DS authentication product (Identity Check).This Director will be accountable for driving product innovation across strong customer authentication (including new authentications such as passkeys or EUDI wallet based authentication methods through 3DS) and risk-based authentication, ensuring Mastercard remains the trusted leader in seamless and secure digital transaction experiences.This Director is responsible for aligning global authentication product capabilities with European digital payments strategy (including Mastercard Checkout Services such as merchant tokenization and Click to Pay, ...), regulatory requirements (PSD3/PSR, EUDI), local customer needs (issuer/acquirer/merchant/3DS/ACS), and market-specific dynamics to enable authentication experiences that have low friction, high security and are compliant with regulations.The Director will partner deeply with global product/engineering, authentication market product management, regulatory affairs, analytics, optimisation, commercialization and customer technical delivery teams.Key Responsibilities EMV 3DS Product Strategy & Operations Define and lead the European regional product strategy for ID Check, aligned to broader digital
