Multinazionale leader globale nello sportswear e nello streetwear ci ha affidato la ricerca della seguente figura professionale, con l'obiettivo di rafforzare la presenza del brand all'interno dei principali partner wholesale del panorama fashion:FASHION & LIFESTYLE ACCOUNT MANAGER COD. *****La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare e gestire le relazioni con i principali partner wholesale fashion & lifestyle, contribuendo alla crescita del business, al posizionamento del brand e alla creazione di progetti ad alto impatto culturale. Grazie a una profonda conoscenza delle dinamiche moda, del mercato streetwear e delle principali community creative, saprà connettere prodotto, trend, marketing e attivazioni PR per massimizzare la brand influence all'interno dei retailer più rilevanti.Responsabilità principaliSviluppo e implementazione di piani strategici per i principali partner wholesale fashion/lifestyle (premium boutiques, concept store, retailer trend-driven), massimizzando sell-in e sell-out;Gestione diretta della relazione con gli account di riferimento, costruendo rapporti basati su credibilità, trend alignment e partnership di lungo periodo;Collaborazione ai processi stagionali go-to-market: segmentazione delle collezioni, line review, definizione delle storie di prodotto e integrazione delle campagne influencer/PR;Identificazione di oppo Rtunità ad alto potenziale: capsule esclusive, product edits curati, limited-edition drops e iniziative speciali;Partnership con i team PR, Brand Communication e Influencer Marketing per la realizzazione di attivazioni rilevanti (Fashion Week, store events, digital collab);Analisi dei dati di performance e delle tendenze moda per definire strategie commerciali e di assortimento in linea con il posizionamento del brand;Supervisione dell'orderbook, dei processi di replenishment e della disponibilità delle key styles presso i partner.Coordinamento con il team marketing per garantire eccellenza nella presentazione del prodotto, nella visibilità social e nell'esecuzione delle campagne;Monitoraggio costante del mercato e dei competitor (analisi SWOT) per indirizzare le esigenze di prodotto e le opportunità emergenti;Collaborazione con i team interni (GTM, FP& A, Demand Planning) per garantire efficienza operativa e crescita degli account;Analisi e reporting costante delle performance KPI, con focus su risultati commerciali e brand elevation; RequisitiComprovata in ruoli commerciali nel fashion, streetwear o lifestyle;Profonda conoscenza delle tendenze moda, delle dinamiche culturali, dell'ecosistema influencer e del legame tra prodotto e storytelling;Eccellenti capacità comunicative, negoziali e relazionali;Ottima conoscenza di Excel e Power Point; gradita familiarità con SAP e Power BI.Inglese e italiano fluenti. Sede di lavoro: Milano.Inquadramento: TEMPO INDETERMINATO 2 LIVELLO CCNL COMMERCIO. Full time con possibilità di lavoro in ibrido.
