OverviewJoin to apply for theAsset Management Analyst, Real Estate - Senior Associaterole atBarings.At Barings, we are as invested in our associates as we are in our clients.We recognize those who work diligently for us and reward them for personal and professional integrity, communication skills, distinct competencies and expertise in specific strategies, ability to collaborate as a team member and true dedication to the interests of our clients.We thank you for your interest in joining the Barings team, and invite you to explore our current employment opportunities.Position:Asset Management Analyst, Real EstateCorporate Title:Senior AssociateDepartment:Real Estate EquityLocation:Milan, ItalyAbout BaringsBarings is a $442+ billion global investment manager sourcing differentiated opportunities and building long-term portfolios across public and private fixed income, real estate, and specialist equity markets.We are committed to sustainable practices and long-term value creation.Barings Real Estate is a leading investor in commercial real estate, with a presence in key markets across the globe.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Asset Manager to join our Equity Real Estate team in Milan.The role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced Asset and Transaction Managers across the full investment lifecycle of real estate projects, from acquisition, permitting and development to leasing, financing, and divestment, with a specific focus on value-add deals.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day support in the management of the Italian Barings real estate assetsAssistance in permitting processes, development phases, and leasing activities alongside senior Asset ManagerAssist with implementing asset management initiatives including lease prolongations and lease restructuringSupport the Transactions team during asset acquisitions and disposal processesPrepare and update internal reports for Portfolio Managers and Investors, including business plan updates and scenario analysesDeal with all advisors involved in the management of the assets, such as property managers, agents, brokers, valuers, architects, SGRs, insurers, partners, etc.Maintain and analyze asset-level data to support investment decisions and strategic planningImplementation of ESG strategies in accordance with Barings' objectives, policies and proceduresLiaison with internal teams including Finance, Research, Portfolio Management, ESGRequired QualificationsFluency in both Italian and EnglishAt least 2 years of experience in real estate, ideally in asset management or advisory rolesBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fieldStrong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and the OfficeExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work and communicate collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentA good working knowledge of the technical, legal and regulatory provisions associated with the roleHighly motivated with a strong work ethicWhat We OfferExposure to a wide range of real estate asset classes and strategiesAn international, collaborative, and dynamic work environmentOpportunity to learn and grow within a leading global real estate investment platformRequisite SkillsAdditional SkillsBarings is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer; Minority/Female/Age/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Individual with Disability/Protected Veteran.We welcome all persons to apply.#J-*****-Ljbffr
