Easy Consulting S.R.L. è in crescita e stiamo cercando una Segreteria Tecnica che supporti l'area Sistemi Normati nel coordinamento dei progetti di compliance ISO *****, *****, *****, *****, ***** e altri) e nell'efficientamento delle attività dei consulenti.?? È un ruolo strategico : garantisce ordine, puntualità e qualità ai clienti e sostiene direttamente lo sviluppo dell'azienda.?? Cosa farà la persona?Coordinamento e monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento dei progetti.Gestione di cronoprogrammi, scadenze e follow-up.Organizzazione di appuntamenti e agende dei consulenti tramite Outlook.Pianificazione degli audit con enti di certificazione.Revisione della documentazione tecnica prodotta dai consulenti.Gestione delle comunicazioni operative con clienti, consulenti e auditor.?? Chi stiamo cercando Cerchiamo una persona metodica, organizzata, precisa , capace di lavorare con scadenze, documenti tecnici e attività parallele.Sono particolarmente allineati al ruolo profili provenienti da: segreterie tecniche o amministrativo-organizzative strutturate; ruoli di PMO / Project Assistant; uffici qualità, compliance, HSE o sicurezza; studi professionali con forte componente documentale.?? Formazione e qualifiche Preferiti: Diploma amministrativo/gestionale/tecnico-commerciale (es. AFM, ragioneria, perito aziendale); Laurea triennale economica, gestionale, giuridica o affini (titolo gradito, non obbligatorio).Richiesti: Ottima conoscenza di Outlook, Excel e Word.Base di inglese (lettura documentale).Rapidità di apprendimento, precisione, ordine mentale.Educazione, professionalità, capacità di relazione con clienti e consulenti.?? Inquadramento e retribuzione Contratto a tempo indeterminato (previsto un primo periodo di prova secondo CCNL applicato).Inquadramento: commisurato all'esperienza, indicativamente tra 4° e 5° livello CCNL Commercio .Retribuzione: range indicativo ****** € – ****** € lordi annui , in base a competenze ed esperienza nel ruolo.Possibilità di crescita verso responsabilità di coordinamento operativo più ampie.Accesso ai percorsi formativi interni sui sistemi di gestione ISO.?? Sede di lavoro Presso i nostri uffici di Legnano (MI) Full time – Riporta direttamente alla Direzione Tecnica .
