meeting customer service level agreements by resolving problems.Performing on-call duties and participating in data-center operations, handling scheduled maintenance and change-management activities that require monitoring of the infrastructure.Participating in team meetings for metric analysis and achieving daily/weekly goals.Understanding and applying safety and security policies and procedures within the department.Contributing to documentation on technical issues through root-cause analysis for operational issues and supporting process-improvement initiatives relevant to the data-center environment.Training less experienced team members, as appropriate.A Day in the LifeSupport Data Center infrastructure equipment (e.g. racks, servers, networking devices, hardware components, cables, etc.).Follow ticket-based instructions to perform systematic problem resolution and routine operation activities on hardware and spare parts, including installing and removing server racks and fixing server hardware.Perform on-call duties and participate in Data Center operations, handling scheduled maintenance and change-management activities that require monitoring of the infrastructure.Show a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.Maintain tidiness in operation areas and participate in site management.Work in a rotating shift with a team of other engineers.Standard shift hours are 10 hours with a one-hour break;
