EUR *************** Spin Master, leader global in toys & entertainment, seeks a full-time Brand Manager with a university degree and 1-2 years' experience in marketing.The candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies for existing and new brands, manage budgets, and coordinate international teams.Job DescriptionYou will develop brand plans, select product lines, design above and below line plans, and execute trade marketing to grow a sustainable and profitable business.How will you create impact?Brand StrategyCo-develop and implement Spin Master brand strategies, including all marketing-mix tools.Define product lines considering the competitive landscape and retail environment.Grow market share sustainably by launching new brands.Support toy-line projections and quota management.Drive brand plans to communicate the brand and deliver sales-driven consumer promotions.Optimize online web opportunities creatively.Maintain strong alignment with European brand teams, support teams in Bratislava, and Global Business Units in the US & Canada.Budget ManagementManage and control marketing budgets for all brands across above and below-line activities.Marketing Services / PRAlign with PR agency on appropriate PR activities.Coordinate with marketing services agency for development and execution of materials (POS, adaptations, etc.).Understand the children's media landscape and validate agency recommendations.Understand Spin Master brands and benchmark them against market trends.Keep the organization updated with market trends and competitive changes.How will you fit into the team?Reports to the Senior Marketing Manager.What are your skills and experience?University or Bachelor degree.1–2 years of branded consumer marketing experience, preferably in kids/toys or other consumer goods.Creative mindset and hands-on attitude.Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize without missing deadlines.Experience in an international environment, comfortable working with global teams and headquarters.Adaptable to changing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.Proven ability to take initiative and push projects forward under tight deadlines.Passionate about creative excellence and willing to drive self and others to achieve "magic".What you can expect from usGrowth and Career Opportunities.Flexible Work Hours.Innovation, Collaboration and Fun.What's it like to work here?Spin Master is a fast-paced, hands-on organization that offers many opportunities for impactful decision-making.Although the start-up atmosphere may not suit everyone, we have a record of advancement and internal transfers for our passionate, results-driven team.Everyone is welcome in our sandbox, and we are committed to an accessible and inclusive hiring process that provides reasonable accommodation to all applicants.We appreciate all interest; only those selected for interview will be contacted.#J-*****-Ljbffr
