Randstad Leader Search & Selection, specialized in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, is recruiting for Energy Company:ControllerKey Responsibilities:- Coordinate, collect data and prepare/update Project business plans, capex/cash flow budgets and forecasts, with attention to timing and respecting deadlines.- Report variances and analyze financial performance against the budget.- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.- Oversee the preparation of internal and external financial reports, with attention to public incentives' reporting (PNRR compliance).- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.- Ensure compliance with Italian GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS, other regulatory requirements.- Improve current company processes and ensure the collection and payment of the invoices generated by the company.- Develop and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures.- Collaborate with the Finance Director in Italy and executive team to develop financial strategies to meet business objectives.- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Minimum of 3/4 years of proven experience as a Project Controller or in a similar senior finance role.Experience in Energy, Project Management or Engineering sectors and in public accounting are a plus.- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.- Proficiency in accounting software (e.G., Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Business Central) and Microsoft Office Suite.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Permanent ContractSite: Milano EstThe search is open to candidates of both genders (L.******).Please read the Randstad privacy policy (/) pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) ******** on data protection (GDPR).
