2 giorni fa Dompé is an Biopharmaceutical company driven by innovation and research, with headquarters in Milan and operations across Europe and the United States.The company focuses on developing and delivering therapeutic solutions in areas of high unmet medical need, combining scientific excellence, digital innovation, and a strong commitment to improving patients' lives.About the RoleFor our office in Milan , we are looking for a T ax and Accounting Specialist.The tax and accounting specialist ensures full compliance with tax regulations and manages end-to-end accounting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely tax filings and efficient tax operations.This role acts as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external authorities, supporting the Senior Manager in strategic decision-making through accurate financial data and proactive tax planning.ResponsibilitiesManagement of general accounting processes, including invoice recording, document verification;Collaborate with team for periodic financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance;Collaborate with team for monthly and / or annual closing activities, including reconciliations and adjustments;Prepare and support the Senior Manager for tax and accounting documentation for statutory and internal purposes;Support the Senior Manager for compliance with local and international tax regulations, including timely tax filings and payments;Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors to support audits and optimize fiscal strategies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are considered a plus.Required SkillsSolid knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles (local GAAP);Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in accounting firms specialising in international taxation is considered a plus (for example : Transfer Pricing).#J-*****-Ljbffr
