MARKET ACCESS MANAGER – ITALYPharma Point is seeking aMarket Access Manageron behalf of aleading multinational pharmaceutical companyoperating in the field ofrare diseases.The role will be based in Milan and will play a strategic part in ensuring timely and sustainable access of the company's therapies to patients across Italy.As part of the national Market Access team, the professional will be responsible for defining, implementing and monitoringmarket access and pricing strategiesat national and regional level, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and key institutional stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and submission ofpricing and reimbursement dossiersto AIFA;Managepricing negotiationsand maintain proactive relationships with national and regional authorities;Develop and executemarket access strategiesensuring alignment with corporate objectives;Build and maintain strong partnerships withAIFA and key institutional stakeholders;Contribute to the definition ofPublic Affairs strategies, supporting advocacy and policy initiatives;Coordinatecross-functional teams(Regulatory, Medical, HEOR, Commercial) to support market access goals;Monitor the evolvingregulatory and policy landscape, particularly within the rare diseases area.RequirementsDegree in scientific or economic disciplines;Solid experience (minimum 5 years)in Market Access roleswithin pharmaceutical companies;Proven track record indossier development, pricing negotiations, and interactions with AIFA;Strong understanding ofregional access dynamicsand institutional frameworks;Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills;Strategic mindset and ability to navigate complex, matrix environments;Fluent in English.WorkplaceMilan – hybrid work model available.
