What impact will you make?Manager Up - Business Process Reeingenering Stiamo cercando una figura da Manager a inserire nel team Operation Fondi Strutturali nella sede di Roma, che lavorerà in modalità Hybrid.Il business Operation Fondi Strutturali si occupa di supportare grandi progetti di trasformazione digitale, capacity building e assistenza tecnica per la gestione e attuazione di Programmi finanziati dai Fondi comunitari, accompagnando le Pubbliche Amministrazioni nell'implementazione delle policy a supporto della coesione territoriale e dello sviluppo regionale / settoriale in diversi ambiti.Your Role ll Manager ricoprirà un ruolo strategico: guidando un team, condividendo il suo know-how e approccio, sarà responsabile delle relazioni con il cliente favorendo lo sviluppo del business occupandosi di: Condurre e gestire progetti di trasformazione digitali e assistenza tecnica per la gestione e attuazione di Programmi finanziati dai Fondi comunitari, identificando e progettando le migliori soluzioni per rispondere ai fabbisogni dei Clienti.Accompagnare le Pubbliche Amministrazioni nell'attuazione delle politiche di coesione territoriale e sviluppo regionale / settoriale in diversi ambiti, tra cui infrastrutture e trasporti, competitività delle imprese, sviluppo rurale, inclusione sociale, sostenibilità ambientale e molto altro Affrontare e risolvere le problematiche di processo e organizzative emerse durante l'esecuzione delle attività progettuali, allineandosi costantemente con il Cliente ed impegnarsi nella gestione delle relazioni con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni, al fine di rafforzare le relazioni commerciali e creare nuove opportunità di business.Winning Requirements Laurea magistrale in materie STEM Esperienza di almeno 7 anni maturata in società di consulenza o grandi imprese Competenze in analisi di processo, progettazione di requisiti funzionali e/o disegno e implementazione di applicativi software e/o sistemi informativi customizzati Competenze maturate nell'ambito dell'assistenza tecnica alla programmazione, gestione, attuazione, monitoraggio e controllo di Programmi complessi finanziati da Fondi comunitari e conoscenza delle metodologie di analisi dei dati e nella consulenza organizzativa e di processo Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese To Make An Impact That Matters Il network Deloitte, leader nei servizi professionali alle imprese, opera a livello globale in più di 150 Paesi con oltre 460 mila persone.In Italia, Deloitte è presente in 24 città con circa ****** persone che assistono i clienti offrendo servizi di Audit
