The role directly contributes to sustainable business growth and the consolidation of the company's global positioning.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies across international markets in line with company objectivesIdentify new business opportunities and build long-lasting relationships with clients, public authorities, transport operators, and local partnersEvaluate the strategic relevance of participating in public tendersManage the entire sales cycle: scouting, solution presentation, negotiation, contract closingCollaborate with internal teams (Product Owner, Marketing, Delivery) to deliver customized solutions and excellent customer experienceMonitor market trends, competition, and client needs to propose corrective and improvement actionsRepresent the company at international fairs, events, and institutional meetingsDefine and implementmedium- to long-term sales strategies(beyond single opportunities) for advanced technology products, in close collaboration with the commercial teamRequirementsDegree in Economics, Engineering, or related fieldsMinimum5 years of experiencein international sales roles, preferably in transport software or smart mobilityDeep understanding ofB2B dynamicsandpublic tender processesStrong negotiation and intercultural communication skillsFluent in English (C1/C2)andSpanish (minimum B2); other languages are a plusWillingness to travel internationally on a regular basisContract and CompensationDirect hire by the company, withPermanent contract (Italian National Collective Labour Agreement – Metalworking Industry)orFreelance collaboration, depending on the candidate's preferenceGross Annual Salary (RAL) starting from €60,000, plus:Travel expenses reimbursementDaily international per diemLocation: Florence, Italy –Full RemoteHumangestis an equal opportunity employer and promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
