Overview(Primary work location will be at our San Giorgio or Crodo sites)Are you passionate about delivering high-quality IT support and creating great user experiences?Do you enjoy being close to the business, solving technical challenges hands-on, and collaborating across countries?If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join Royal Unibrew's international IT organisation.A Bit About The RoleAs our new Functional Lead, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth IT operations across our Italian and French locations.You will resolve onsite incidents, support colleagues with a wide range of devices, and maintain stable and efficient local IT environments.You will work with Freshservice and follow ITIL V4 aligned processes, taking ownership of incidents that require physical presence and cannot be resolved remotely by the ServiceDesk.Regular travel between our Italian sites (Milano, Crodo, San Giorgio) and our French locations (Paris and Münster) will be a natural part of the job.You will become part of the international IT Service Delivery team, receiving strong support from colleagues across Europe and at our headquarters in Denmark.We offer a collaborative, friendly, and development-focused environment where you can grow both personally and professionally.Your direct manager will be based at Royal Unibrew's headquarters in Denmark.Your Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Service Delivery meetings with stakeholders in Italy and FranceHandle incidents that require onsite support when the ServiceDesk cannot resolve themGuide and train users in processes and usage of Microsoft 365 applicationsCollaborate closely with colleagues in HQ and escalate when neededTake responsibility for onsite IT Support across all Italian and French locationsAct as the lead contact for all onsite support matters in both countriesWhat You BringA formal background in computer science or a similar relevant fieldFluency in Italian and a high level of written and spoken EnglishStrong experience within service delivery and the ITIL V4 frameworkSolid knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially troubleshooting in Outlook, Teams, and OneNoteRelevant Microsoft and ITIL certificationsExperience with SAP or other business-related applications would be considered an advantageWhy join us?A role with real impact in a dynamic, international companyA friendly, supportive team across multiple European countriesOpportunities for broad professional developmentExposure to many technologies and business areasA culture built on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvementYou can read a lot more about Royal Unibrew, right here: /If you are ready to take the lead on onsite IT support for two countries, enjoy working with people, and thrive in an international setting, we would be very happy to hear from you.Please apply by using the apply button.If you have any questions, please reach out to Katharina Henckel, Global Talent Acquisition#J-*****-Ljbffr
