Take a new challenge and join usFor more information:Job DescriptionTheRail Sales Managerleads sales development within the rail sector identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships and driving revenue growth through tailored solutions for rail operators. Location Torino / Milano.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for the clients, ensuring consistent communication and alignment;Generate opportunities with existing customers;Lead client acquisition and manage high-value accounts;Collaborate with consulting teams to align service offerings with client needs;Prepare and present proposals, bids, and commercial offers;Develop and execute sales plans;Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and strategic priorities;Monitor market trends and competitor activities;Select technical profiles with a support the recruitment team.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;5-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 in engineering consulting companies for rail sector;Proven track record in consultative selling and business development;Strong network within the rail industry (operators, infrastructure managers, OEMs);Fluent in English;Excellent negotiation, presentation skills.Additional InformationAt SEGULA Technologies, diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of our human resources policy.
