Area Sales Manager (Italy and mainly but not limited to South East Europe)Location: Remote / Field-based (Home Office in Italy preferred)Brands: RIEDEL Group – RIEDEL, SPIEGELAU & NACHTMANNReports to : CEOLanguages: First language Italian and fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages an advantageEmployment Type : Full-timeAbout UsRIEDEL GROUP - Leading crystal brands in the Wine and Tabletop Industry is seeking for its Regional Sales Director.Our team of international professionals shares a passion for sensory perfection and premium hospitality.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Area Sales Manager to drive growth across Italy and South East Europe.The successful candidate will represent the RSN brands in the assigned territory, managing distributors, key accounts, and on- and off-premise customers.This role requires proactive sales leadership, strong presentation skills, and the ability to conduct educational tastings.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with company objectives.Maintain and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.Organize and host consumer and trade tastings, ensuring brand presentation and education standards are met.Monitor and manage distributors in your territory.Represent the brand at trade fairs and industry events.Be aware of and report trends and activities etc in the markets.Ensure all activities and initiatives are aligned with corporate philosophy and legal compliance of each country.QualificationsMinimum 5 – 10 years of sales experience in the wine, spirits, luxury goods, or premium consumer products industries.Proven track record in distributor and key account management.Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident public speaker.Strong organizational and reporting skills, self-motivated, and independent.Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets (140+ days per year as per company standard).Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.First language Italian and fluent in English (mandatory).Additional languages are an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary plus commission structure based on sales performance.Company car and travel expense reimbursement according to RTM policy.Extensive product and brand training.A dynamic international environment within a heritage company known for innovation and design.The opportunity to represent world-leading brands in the premium wine and spirits segment.To ApplyPlease send your English CV and cover letter or an application video outlining your motivation and relevant experience to with the subject line "Area Sales Manager – Italy & South East Europe" and quoting ref CS / SMcG / ItalySEE#J-*****-Ljbffr
