Per Azienda S.p.A. nostra cliente di Vinci (FI), leader nei settori quali energia, telefonia, efficientamento, e-mobility, domotica, illuminazione a led, macchine elettriche, stazioni di ricarica, ricerchiamo **SALES ENERGY MANAGER **in Toscana.
**Posizione:**:**DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI?**
- Della ricerca di nuovi clienti nella tua area di residenza, sia in autonomia che attraverso la collaborazione con professionisti e strumenti di marketing che ti verranno forniti;
- Dell’analisi delle esigenze dei tuoi clienti per proporre una consulenza personalizzata;
- Della fidelizzazione dei tuoi clienti già acquisiti attraverso attività di up selling e cross selling. La vendita di servizi è infatti un servizio ricorrente.
**Requisiti:**:**COSA RICHIEDIAMO**:
- Ottime abilità interpersonali orientate al cliente;
- Precedente esperienza di vendita, anche breve, nel settore dei servizi;
- Desiderio di crescita personale e professionale
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi.

- Rimborso spese di € 1400 al raggiungimento di facili obiettivi;
- Rendita mensile di mantenimento sui clienti acquisiti;
- Appuntamenti fissati da call center interno e di proprietà (solo business e P.M.I.) al raggiungimento di un minimo obiettivo;
- Percorso di inserimento personalizzato pianificato con la direzione commerciale;
- Piano di crescita personalizzato in base alle tue ambizioni dal District Manager di riferimento;
- Percorso di formazione técnica e sulla vendita realizzato dall' Accademy interna dell'azienda.
