The Host (Hospitality & Operations)Manage daily operations: check-in, check-out, reservations and planning, ensuring solid and reliable organization.Support breakfast service, welcoming guests each morning, restocking, and maintaining a warm, well-kept, convivial environment.Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance to keep the space welcoming and well cared for.Create the atmosphere: avoid a cold, impersonal hotel feel and generate a warm energy that makes guests want to stay.Go beyond welcoming – share daily life with guests and gradually guide them from a B&B experience toward a community-driven one.2. The Connector (Locals & Travelers)Break the tourist bubble by encouraging authentic encounters between international guests and local people.Help A'Marea become a natural meeting place where travelers and locals mix organically.3. Experience CuratorSell more than beds: offer meaningful days through local cooking classes, workshops, language aperitivos, and other curated experiences.Coordinate sport & wellness activities via partner schools (surf, diving, yoga).4. Territory ScoutDiscover and promote local gems: artisans, small producers, authentic products.Share these stories with guests, reinforcing our commitment to local value and sustainability.Prior experience in hospitality is desirable, but the role is designed for those who seek something beyond standard duties.Organised, reliable, and emotionally intelligent; comfortable with management systems, spreadsheets, and multitasking.Italian and fluent English are essential; additional languages are a plus.Passionate about Sicily, the sea, and the belief that tourism should create value for the territory, not just consume it.On-site accommodation: private room within the property.An informal, inspiring work environment with sea view; ideas matter more than hierarchy.Long-term potential within a growing, actively developing project.This part-time position involves 3–4 days per week ****** hours).It is intentional and promotes healthy work–life balance while allowing space for personal and professional projects.We offer access to co-working spaces, daily interaction with an international community of digital nomads and professionals, and the possibility to host your own workshops, classes or activities within A'Marea.Compensation will be defined based on the candidate's profile, experience and skills, in line with the responsibilities of the role and the current stage of development.A'Marea is a place that generates energy rather than consuming it.We are looking for someone who will contribute to our project while also finding fertile ground to grow their own path, creativity and ambitions.#J-*****-Ljbffr
