Alias-executive per uno storico brand della sartoria italiana è alla ricerca di un/a:Product Manager (Outwear, Maglieria e Camiceria)Il candidata/o ideale sarà il garante della trasformazione del concept creativo in prodotto finito (campionario industrializzato). Si occuperà della ricerca e gestione dei partner produttivi (faconisti/fornitori), della negoziazione dei costi e del monitoraggio dell'intero ciclo di industrializzazione, assicurando che i prototipi rispettino gli standard di qualità, tempi e costi definiti.Responsabilità PrincipaliSourcing e Gestione Fornitori: Identificare, valutare e selezionare nuovi partner produttivi (terzisti) specializzati in capispalla, maglieria e camiceria. Gestire le relazioni e negoziare i listini prezzi e i termini di consegna.Briefing di Collezione: Collaborare attivamente con l'Ufficio Stile e il Merchandising per analizzare i disegni e definire i requisiti tecnici, i materiali e la fattibilità economica di ogni capo.Sviluppo Prodotto ed Industrializzazione: Seguire il passaggio dal figurino al prototipo, interfacciandosi costantemente con i modellisti interni o esterni per la messa a punto dei volumi e della vestibilità.Controllo Ciclo Produttivo: Supervisionare il lancio dei campionari e monitorare lo stato di avanzamento della produzione dei prototipi, risolvendo eventuali criticità tecniche o logistiche.Analisi Costi (Costing): Elaborare le distinte base e monitorare i margini, assicurando che il prodotto rientri nel target price stabilito durante il brief iniziale.Requisiti Tecnici e ProfessionaliEsperienza: Almeno 5-7 anni nel ruolo, preferibilmente in aziende di abbigliamento strutturate o studi di consulenza prodotto.Conoscenza Merceologica: Solida competenza tecnica su tessuti, filati e costruzioni sartoriali specifiche per outwear (strutturati), maglieria (finezze, punti) e camiceria.Network: Possesso di un portafoglio fornitori/faconisti attivo, sia in Italia che all'estero (Near e Far East se pertinente).Competenze Digitali: Ottimo utilizzo di Excel e familiarità con sistemi PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) o gestionali aziendali (ERP).Soft Skills: Forti doti comunicative, capacità di negoziazione, problem solving e attitudine al lavoro per scadenze (deadlines stagionali).Sede attuale: Brescia/Cremona
